Our Vision

We started this business helping friends and family, now we treat our clients the same way taking full responsibility for providing a great outcome.
Unlike some bigger home builder franchises, we offer flexibility, agility, and a sense of personal responsibility thanks to 'The Faye Way' - a home building process that focuses on the relationship between the customer and home builder.

Flexible planning. Bending over backward to move forward.

Our experience shows that when we work extra hard at the outset of the project, in the house planning stage, to give you what you want, then the rest of the home building process runs a lot smoother. What this means is, we know the questions to ask and the areas to cover, so you are aware of the decisions that will arise as we progress.

Responsive building. Reacting quickly and deliberately.

Being smaller than some building companies means we stay connected with our customers. It means you see results faster, and also have your questions answered in a timely manner. The people you are speaking with are the ones on site - who are working on your new home.
About 2

Personal responsibility. Building yours like its ours.

Faye Homes began as friends helping friends (and family) to build the homes of their dreams. In a way, we like to think that we still are. Being a small company in a close-knit community means that our reputation is everything. Our belief is that if we build each home as if it were our own, this personal commitment to quality translates well into the relationship we create with you.
